Challenge
Situated near a large hill, this project came with its own unique challenges. This project required an open-minded approach and the ability to visualise the potential in the land. After that, it was all about clever architectural design and expert construction to maximise the space and deliver high quality, premium properties that help fulfil the local housing demand.
Solution
After initially engaging with the council to understand local housing requirements, the Evolve team set about making sure we could deliver value through this project. The proposal for four individual flats that incorporated the best use of the land and provided a suite of greener, efficient and sustainable properties was the ideal solution. From inception to completion, Evolve delivered on every aspect of the build, creating a unique development in an exceptional location.
